What ed tech consultants need to know, and other articles

‘The Press Association, London, by Terry Freedman

(An infomercial)

The latest issue of my newsletter has been a bit delayed, for reasons given below. However, I like to think it’s worth waiting for, even if subscribers don’t pick it up till January.

As well as a great book on offer in a prize draw, there are also articles on CCTV (good discussion points here), Ofsted and, just added, a look at the kind of questions a good ed tech consultant should be asking of a headteacher. (The questions will vary according to what’s being discussed, but the approach is what matters.)

Also — and this is the main reason for the delay — I’ve collated articles from several places into one subscriber-only area. As well as some useful (I hope) articles listed in alphabetical order, there is also a special section containing links to articles about leading and managing a Computing or ICT department or subject area. That section is automatically updated when a new article on that theme is added, and the most recent 30 articles are always available at your fingertips.

There’s also a freebies area, again for subscribers only.
