3D programming models, by Terry Freedman

I saw two products that might bear further scrutiny, from DF Robot, who do various kits. You can choose the kit designed to work for different age groups, and with different devices (Micro:bit etc). One car kit introduces AI, though I'm not sure how it can be developed once it has been taught to recognise things. Pupils can use a primary kit of 60 blocks, which all have different functions, to build a 3d computer program in effect. I have my doubts about whether building a model is helpful beyond a certain age, but it has a certain appeal.
