EdTechX Europe Conference: special discounts

The EdtechX Europe conference is taking place on 20th and 21st June 2017. I attended last year and found it to be really good. There wasn't much in the way of an exhibition, but lots of networking opportunities and discussion panels.

What I especially liked was the fact that the sessions were short, and that you could mix and match between strands.

The conference takes place in  London EdTech Week running from 19-23 June, which will see the launch of the British Educational Suppliers Association's  (BESA) new flagship report on how schools measure the impact and efficacy of EdTech in classrooms, featuring a survey of a representative sample of school leaders undertaken by the National Education Research Panel (NERP).

Getting back to the EdTech conference, as a reader of this website you can secure 35% off the price of a ticket. Just use this link and make sure the promo code is applied in the appropriate place in the checkout: ICT & Computing in Education Special Discount

If you subscribe to the Digital Education newsletter, you can get 50% off! Now, you’ll notice that the blurb on the site offers a 50% discount to educators, so you might be wondering what’s so special about my offering a 50% discount. The answer is that to qualify for the 50% discount directly on the site, you have to state which educational institution you work in. Quite a few of my subscribers are independents (like me), or work for companies, and so would be hard-pressed to enjoy the 50% discount. I successfully argued that all my subscribers should be eligible :-)
