Digital Education: new issue almost out

Fake news?

I've just finished writing the latest issue of my newsletter, Digital Education. I'll probably send it out on Sunday, by which time I hope to have formatted it.

Here's what's in the latest issue:

  • Events, including two book give-aways and some very good conferences.
  • News and views, including a comment on the state of computing in England, a freebie, a prize draw and a film competition.
  • A useful conversation, in which I sing the praises of reflective writing.
  • Focus on fake news. (No, it’s true, that really is the topic in this issue.)
  • Who do you think you are?
  • Blast from the past.
  • An article about inexpensive equipment from ICT Direct.
  • Useful articles about ed tech.
  • Books in brief: 5 books reviewed, er, in brief, all of which are about ed tech in some way: AI, fake news, a possible dystopian future, and others.

If any of that appeals to you, why not subscribe. You'll gain access to some free files and subscriber-only content as well as be eligible to enter the prize draw to win a book. Best of all, it's free.
