Five Funky Flickr Tools

Boy, where is the right alliterative word when you need it? Anyway, if you like using Flickr, and Flickr add-ons, then check out a recent blog post by Danny Nicholson. Entitled “Five Funky Flickr Tools for Teachers”, the post describes, er, five funky tools for Flickr. I’d come across one of them before, but not the others. Definitely worth checking out.

Danny is well-known as a whiteboard guru, and if you can get to just outside London, England, on the 17th November (flights are pretty cheap now), then you should come to the brilliant, fantastic, incredibly exciting Collabor8 4 Change conference because Danny will be hosting a table discussion about using whiteboards, and another on using digital media/Flickr. Check out the link just given, and the advert below, for more information and to sign up.

Collabor8 4 Change, a great new-style unconference, is running again on 17th November. Click the link to find out who has already registered (for free!) and why you should sign up too! Why not volunteer to host a 20 minute round-table discussion on a subject of your choice, and/or give a 10 minute talk on something that’s important to you?

For a great evening of discussion about educational ICT, leadership, collaboration and learning, sign up now!
